Needs decay too fast/Hard to fill (Patch 1.63.134)

I thought that with my sims and thought I was imagining it lol but having swapped between various sims it happens with all of them and only since the newest burglar update. I play on a laptop and have all the packs, expansions and kits etc but no CC or mods.

Same. I thought I was imagining things, but I guess I'm not.

!My sims' needs keep going down way faster than usual. I feel like I don't do anything but fill their needs. They can't go to work or do anything fun or social since they're always falling down asleep or peeing their pants and then needing a shower. It's super annoying. I guess I'll just build until this is fixed.

My sim literally had bladder failure 15 times in 5 minutes (not kidding, I timed it). There is a major glitch with the needs decay because the sim will eat and then be hungry after 2 minutes. She'll use the toilet and then have to go again less than a minute later. 

So many issues.

Everytime I play my sims hygiene needs will decrease within the hour, and when they go to shower or take a bath it doesn't do anything. When I turn off mods this also doesn't fix the bug. Additionally, there is random puddles that keep appearing without anything happening.

Could you please provide the following information

• How did you remove your mods/cc ? Just disable or try a fresh folder ?
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac)
• During which scenario is this happening ? Do you have it when you don't play a scenario too ?

Since the Adventure Awaits pack my Sims' needs have been decaying very quickly, especially bladder, hunger, hygiene, and sleep. I had a child sim whose bladder need was yellow, and it continued to decay even while she was using the toilet. When she was done with the toilet, magically her hygiene need went from yellow to a full green bar. Ever since the expansion pack, my poor Sims have been starving, exhausted, and about to pee their pants. 

I'm playing on PC, no mods or CC.

My sims bladder needs drop very fast, if they do any activity it goes down with 3 arrows, they can't finish a woodwork project or finish sleeping without pissing themself. It happens to all sims, even after restarting the game of resting the sim. they are now stuck in a circle where their bladder fails, they go to shower and in that time there is another bladder failure, so they have to shower again etc.
