New Highlights not going away in CAS

Yeah, same thing for me. I'm pretty sure that I had everything available before the event so it's most likely something to do with that dress. Maybe it's missing a color swatch or something?

I'm not sure what it is, but apparently there's a new short dress, and it's really annoying seeing the highlight.

In CAS, there are two item categories that have the yellow "new item" flag, but no item is new.  

One is absolutely a glitch, as the high school years pants that were recently modified on masculine frames have the gold star in the corner, i will put them on a sim, take them off, the star will go away, and the second I go to another space and come back, they will still have the new item star, and the yellow flag on the "lower body" category.  

the other one might just be me missing something, but I have the yellow flag on the category of long dresses in full body, but there is no object with a star.  i have all the expansions minus a few kits.  I assumed it had something to do with the fairy queen dress from the recent R+L launch event, but I've tried all swatches on all combinations of body types.  it's possible that there might be some R+L unlockable gown that I just haven't gotten, but when I tried to use a gallery sim to unlock everything, that didn't fix it either.

Hi, there’s always the icon of a new item in my CAS and it’s always say “coming from event” and I don’t even know what event it’s from it’s just new and even if I click on it and put it on my sim the star (to say it’s a new item) doesn’t disappear and it’s very annoying. Also there’s so many item that are just the same as old one but with new swatches so why not include them in the actuel item so it makes the scrolling less worse because when you have like almost every pack and more it’s so hard to find what you want especially with this, I assume bug, because it’s so messy.

Whenever i download a sim from the gallery, a bunch of old items from packs become starred as new content. I'll click through them, switch categories and then they go right back to being starred and highlighted. I have removed all mods, including the entire folder, I have repaired the game, I've emptied the cash, I've even deleted my saves, and it just keeps happening. 

There's another thread for this but before merging: Are always the same assets affected or is that random ?

just wanted to note that (in case there was any doubt) one of the problems is the event rewards that interacted with a pack, because I actually made a horse the other day, and the event reward saddle has the same problem as the long gown.

I do not use mods, and I have all DLC except the 13 Maker Pack.

Here are the specific issues:

Full Body and Long Dresses: Marked as having new items for both male and female Sims.

Bottoms: Marked as having new items, but only for male Sims.

Teeth (Werewolves): For both male and female Werewolves in their occult form, the teeth category shows new items despite being fully checked.

Teeth (Children): The teeth category for both boys and girls is also marked as having new items, even after viewing everything."

I have already tried clearing  my game cache files, but the issue persists.
