[NKSP] Action won't queue for Resume Knitting

Today after updating to Patch v1.108.318, I am unable to resume knitted projects. I can start one but can't resume the project my sim has already started.  I am running a clean, new save without an...

My sims can start a knitting project just fine, but they can no longer continue or frog current projects they have not finished. It's as if I haven't instructed the sim to do anything. No action shows up and they don't attempt to knit.
