So, I tried to send photographs and it worked (without having to replace the mailbox).
After replacing the mailbox I finally can send a knitted item. I haven't tried with other kind of items tho

omg i noticed i had the same issue, and replacing the mail box actually fixes the bug! I deleted the default mail box and replaced to another one. thanks again 🗣️❤️
