New safefile after the last patch with all packs/kits installed and mods/cc are off. When I send my sim to work and let her socialise, after a day work there is no co-worker in her relationshippanel at all. It happens with all jobs/careers I send her to; Business career, Culinary career, Salaryperson and so on. She seems the only Sim working everywhere.

Did you test this on a new save that never had mods/cc ?
Did you delete the localthumcache file after moving your mods folder to the desktop or just disable them (try removing if you only disabled).
Yes, the files is fresh after the patch, repaired the game, deleted cache and my modfolder is on the desktop.
