I play on the Xbox and my Sim is stuck at Diamondagent level 8, raise +15 and the raise gets more every time my Sim goes to work. Plus the performance bar resets. The promotion tasks are achieved and I always do the daily tasks but still, all I get is a raise, not a promotion
