Same on my end for all of my Sims. No mods or anything, constantly getting raises, now on +37 for the Civil Engineer career for one sim. Please advise.
I would be curious as to what would happen if you quit your job, moved to a different house for like two minutes, then moved back and reapplied for your job.
I know this wouldn't tell you why it happened, but if you're mainly looking to get past the problem, I'm wondering if it would work. Not quite the same experience for me, but I did something similar and I think that is what fixed it. Not positive though.
