I also have this 😭I can't max any carrer it always stops at level 9 and my sim only gets a raise after raise (base game and packs carrers) I've stopped playing, its so annoying. I'm playing super sim and my goal is to max every carrer. Tried to cheat and promote my sim to check if this would work but it does not do anythig. Even tried the Whishing well from romantic garden, got notification about gettinga promotion and my sim still was on level 9 😭😭😭
