I play Xbox and this problem of getting mad raises but cannot get promoted. My performance stays at average even if I’m doing the daily tasks. Making a ridiculous amount of money but can’t get promoted. With promotions in the past, I’ve never made close to 4,000 per hour in any career. Had to add a vault in the household just for all the extravagant funds. Please fix so we can have a regular game, you know a little more realistic.
