not showing university courses

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Is your Sim a noble ?
• Does it work in a new save/with other Sims ?

no mods or cc's and they both are princess and I moved them out of the family home but that didn't work.
