NPC dates for various venues don't work. It spawns couples and then in 5-10 seconds it sends them back home. Sometimes it is fast enough to queue them up for stargaze a little bit or some interaction once. But usually it is not. It just keeps spawning/despawning them. Tested with no mods.
It started happening since B&H patch update btw. Maybe that will help.

which dates are you referring to exactly ? Blind Dates , Create a Dates or when you get invited ?
Dates without a player involved. Ones that happen in venues like parks, libraries, etc., between 2 npcs.
You mean couples stargazing on benches ?
How do you see what they queue up if they're NPCs ?
Can you maybe add some pics of what you mean ?
Technically, they shouldn't just stargaze on benches, they should do various romantic interactions (that is another issue btw). But yes, those ones.
Everytime i visit venues I can see them spawn then despawn constantly.

Spawn one sim.Then in 5 sec his wife spawns.Then they go stargaze for literally 3 seconds (half of the time they don't even do that and go straight home).Then they go home. And that nonstop.
