NPC dates for various venues don't work. It spawns couples and then in 5-10 seconds it sends them back home. Sometimes it is fast enough to queue them up for stargaze a little bit or some interactio...
Ideas
Technically, they shouldn't just stargaze on benches, they should do various romantic interactions (that is another issue btw). But yes, those ones.
Everytime i visit venues I can see them spawn then despawn constantly.

Spawn one sim.Then in 5 sec his wife spawns.Then they go stargaze for literally 3 seconds (half of the time they don't even do that and go straight home).Then they go home. And that nonstop.
