Which neighborhood is this happening in ?
Hey crinrict it's happening in Mt. Komorebi, in the Wakaba Neighborhood. Specifically in the 2-4-3 Wakabamori lot (not the default build, I built my own house for the lot). I don't know if it's also happening in the other lots in the same neighborhood.
Did you build an r-rental there ? Can you interact with them ?
crinrict sorry about the delay. The lot I'm playing in is just a normal residential and there are no residential rental lots in the neighborhood or in this world.
I can interact with the trespassers.
In this picture, the woman with light blue dress and black hair randomly came into my house. Interestingly, when I clicked on her, there was no interaction to 'Invite In', the game treats her as if she's been here for a while and has been talking with my sims (she hasn't, she just waltzed in and this is my first interaction with her).
