NPC Sim invades home - inconclusive Cause (Patch 1.110)

I've only noticed this in 3 specific worlds: Sulani and San Myshuno (I voted in those threads too), and now in the new world, Gibbi Point. Gibbi Point is the weirdest, because they're not just coming to drink water and leave like in Sulani, or cutting through my apartment like it's part of the street in San Myshuno — in Gibbi Point the Sims act as if I invited them over when I didn't. Random Sims, some of which my Sims do know, others are total strangers, are just fully in my house using all my stuff, butting into conversations or distracting my Sims, and there's no option to send them home, I just have to wait for them to leave on their own. I even have the Private Dwelling lot trait on, but the only way to prevent them from breaking and entering is to lock all the entrances. I do have some mods, but the biggest one is lumpinou's RPO mod, the rest are mostly script mods like disabling burnout and making Sims use their phone less, and some trait enhancements, so I'm not sure if they'd be the culprit here? But I also haven't seen anybody else mention Gibbi Point yet so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had this happen last night. A Sim walked into my house saying that he had been thinking of my Sim, as if they were romantically involved. I checked the relationship and she barely knew him. I couldn't send him home. Very strange

This happened today : / Private Dwelling trait, he just walked right in the back door (aka the non-set front door)... no one in the household knows him relationship wise. I do have mods but only 2 script mods that have nothing to do with NPCs' behaviour, and the rest mild tuning files again that shouldn't be related to this behaviour.

Also having a similar problem like this. It EXCLUSIVELY only happens in Rentals and nothing else. Standard Residental even Vacation Rentals arent a issues with this.

Fairly new player here. I just got City Living like a month ago and I thought my 2 apartment neighbors randomly waltzing in was just part of the pack or something, so I just lock the doors, but now it's happening Even more on a new household new save after I got L&D, and yea, they just waltz right into the Moppy Manor house and go upstairs to troll the forums or whatever npcs do on pcs.  I had unlocked the door to let Mortimer come hang out, and like an hour after he left, some random that none of the fam are acquainted with. There was also 1 random ghost too but probably from Spooky lot trait. Also the past 2 weeks I've been getting a lot of random notifications that my teen sim has become good friends with someone and he's like asleep or something or there's nobody around or they literally don't know each other (maybe it's social bunny or something? He's a teen ghost grimborn, not sure if that matters). Wasn't happening at all in Sept on my first couple saves. I've been creating new saves and deleting old ones after each update idk why, just new and figuring it all out. I'm good about clearing the 3 cache files and the cache folders every other day or so (and sometimes accountDataDB when reaper career was bugged) and also move screenshots to clean up and cherish forever elsewhere on my pc. I'm on Steam and my Rog laptop is decent. I've had BBB, TOOL, and MCCC installed since the beginning, stay updated, use clean installs but keep transfer mc_settings.cfg. I guess for some reason when I installed MCCC in Sept I've had friendship difficulty setting at +10 with decay at 70% but no other settings really stand out, I'm happy to share files if needed. I Barely have any packs installed, but the timing of like 3 event notifications happening at the same time as teen school and parent work and uninvited friends is like overwhelming lol I wish I could change default event timing so it's not all at like 5pm or whenever, or at least notification settings... Anyways, I'm gonna crank the friendship settings way down like -20 and see what happens, I'm sure that's more fun anyways. I like the visitors and friends but he has homework to do and since there's no option to Send Home (even under mean category), I just use Reset Object on the intruder sim and they make their way to the door then. Thanks MCCC :) Also I remember at the 930 Medina Studios apartment I had to sometimes Reset Object on the apartment door AND the sim too. 

I replied to the main thread already, but I forgot to mention that I ended up creating a like a 2x2 mudroom type entryway just inside the door in the apartment and That door seemed to actually stay locked! I was so mad I gave it all red lights and traffic sign lol

I have turned off all of the little things on the front door of my house, like allow vampires, allow friends. I also have all of my gates and doors locked for everyone. Sims keep walking through those doors despite my sim, her dogs, and stray dogs being unable to go through them. They seem to be routing to the Little Campers' firepit, because whenever they do come in, they light the firepit and then leave. They immediately leave the area, too, after, like fade out. My sim can't ever interact with them other than to add them to a group, and there is no "send home" option.

Hi there, I only recently started having this issue after my legacy family moved into the 20x15 Penthouse lot in Ciudad Enamorada. I feel like I'm fighting off a cockroach infestation with these random townies. I do have MCCC installed as the only way to make them leave is by using the "make sim leave" cheat.
