NPCS randomly generate romantic relationships/ Disregards orientation

I have noticed this as well, at least I think so. Now, I am just seeing the effects, so i can't say for sure this wasn't caused by a mod, but I have disabled all story progression in MCCC (I prefer to use Neighborhood Stories) and MCCC just does straight up marriages, not unofficial romance bars. So if it was neighborhood stories doing this, i should be getting a notification at the mailbox, which I check frequently for updates, and haven't seen anything related to this. I was checking in on the Lodens after another bug I have been encountering (and will likely make a bug report soon, but i need to test it more without mods, where sims in NPC mode that eat the Death Frog Hotpot get stuck as ghosts permanently, so excuse their ghostlyness, they did not die, just ate some Death Frog Hotpot when they attended Family Day together,  so they are still married, still own their business, still live in the same house) and noticed both of them had relationships with suspiciously even romance/friendship bars... with two ghost men. While Dahlia is interested in both men and women, NORA IS A LESBIAN. so this should not have been possible. they even got the 'cheated' flag in their relationship. 

Interesting that they are both ghosts, which ought to make it harder for them to meet. But Davin (the one Dahlia is involved with despite bad compatibility) is one of my game's DJs, so he does get around far more than most ghosts, so if Dahlia ever appeared at a nightclub, well, she would have been able to meet him. also, I do play in Ravenwood a LOT, so if they also spawned to walk the streets, they may have had opportunity to meet one of the townie ghosts. 

Also, i definitely have seen the romantic satisfaction bar appear above two sims heads who i am almost certain have only just met. And I have seen married sims with similar looking relationships many times, as i jump around to different households.
