NPCS randomly generate romantic relationships/ Disregards orientation

This happened to me recently as well. I was playing with my sim's oldest daughter and had her go out to the Spice Festival with her husband, and her husband's younger siblings. At some point, I noticed she was about to woohoo with Katrina Caliente, who she had no interaction with prior but suddenly had like a 50% romance bar with. This shouldn't happen since my game is modded, and I have traits given to most of my married sims to prevent romantic interactions outside of their marriage, which includes both my sim's daughter and Katrina. 

Two other instances, I found married sims who also had modded traits that should prevent them from performing romantic interactions outside of their marriage, woohooing with a stranger. These were also sims that I have also played with at Live Mode at some point as well. One of the woohoo pairs were M/F townies, and the other one was between Geoffery Landgraab and Nigel Chavez-Ralston (to my utter dismay since I was planning on setting them up as siblings/family members but didn't get around to it yet - I exited my game without saving afterwards). Like, the only Neighborhood Stories setting I have enabled is for Friendship Changes, so there shouldn't even be random relationships forming amongst my townies.
