[JTB] Test encryption sequence greyed out although completing prior task

I've obtained the encryption sequence for the first order security door and it has been highlighted in yellow that I have completed that task. When I proceed to the second task 'test the encryption sequence on the first order cargo building security door' the 'test encryption sequence' button is greyed out and it says 'acquire the encryption sequence from a first order control panel before doing this' yet when I got to a control panel this is no longer an option as it has already been completed.
