Ideas
crinrict I have been playing with these sims more since making this post, and I thought I'd give an update.
When they were children, I couldn't go into CAS at all without their eye colours changing. This was only when I selected a non-base game colour, which would then immediately swap to a base game colour when I left CAS. I ended up caving in and giving them base game colours while they were children.
However, they have now aged up to teens, and I'm still experiencing this problem. I am currently in CAS changing their outfits, and every time I swap from one of those sims to another, their eyes change.
I originally thought this might be connected to the patch that gave infants, toddlers, and children the ability to have non-base game eye colours, and maybe the game still thought these ages shouldn't have access to them. However, since it's now still happening with teens, who always had access to those colours, I think it might be a non-related bug.

I have been play testing, and the bug does not seem to be affecting my fairy teen Sim. I can confirm that occult eyes keep changing for infant, toddler, and child Sims. Please let me know if there is a fix in the future.
