I personally like using face presets we get from occult form to create my sims, but when I copy to my normal sim form the face feature changes as if my sim have two different faces, here are two screenshot of the exact same sim using the duplicate option. I run no custom content or mods.

Could you please provide the following information
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- There's a thread for fairies here. Is that what you are seeing ?: [EBN] Fairy Form facial features don't match between fairy and regular form | EA Forums - 12331377
- Do you have the issue for other occults than fairies ?

Im playing on PC. Yes i believe its the same bug, it happens with all occults, I only tried it using the occult face presets and copying the same face for human form, it seems to only happen to a few sims so im not sure what its triggering it but there are some faces that simply dont match.

I just discovered this issue. I made the sim forms face to my liking while it was linked to the fairy form. When I switched to the fairy form all the clothes/hairs/makeup was there but the face is definitely different and I can’t copy it over. I play on Mac. This issue doesn’t happen with vampire occults, only fairies.
I found that clicking the correct preset then copying changes it to the same shape as the sim form. For example the fairy form has the fifth eye preset but if I click the third (the one sim form has) then hit copy, it looks right. I guess that’s a fix but it is time consuming 🤷♂️
