I personally like using face presets we get from occult form to create my sims, but when I copy to my normal sim form the face feature changes as if my sim have two different faces, here are two screenshot of the exact same sim using the duplicate option. I run no custom content or mods.

Not sure if this falls under the same umbrella, but it seems fairy genetics are a little wonky in general. When my fairy sim had children, not only did it have the bug where features between forms didn’t match, but the “human” form had random features that neither parent sim possessed. It sucked that none of my sims children looked even related to them facially.
Also are any of the fairy features supposed to be inheritable? I assumed fairy children would have similar eyes/wings to their parents when they aged up to teens but they seem totally random. I get them not being exact but the same color pattern or wing type would be nice. Same with the occult eye color. - 95884456684 months agoNew Spectator
I have a similar problem, thats when in cas i edit the fairy form and give the sim a different eye color - for example i choose an eyecolor from the vampire pack - and then go back to the human form, the eye color will switch to an eye color from the fairy pack. I do use mods/cc, but i have this problem with mods and without mods (new sim).

When the fairy children grow up and become fairies, their fairy and human forms look different. I can't make them the same, even if I link them together.
So I don't even want to play fairy anymore!!!😔

Same issue here as well. I’m testing things out on Xbox because I’m scared of putting this pack on my computer, but yeah. Fairy forms don’t match really at all except for clothing and sometimes accessories.
Haven’t noticed if it’s happening with vampires because I don’t make dark forms, but for the fairies it’s VERY noticeable. Which is annoying since I can only edit the body on the human form, and for some reason the body sliders sometimes won’t match either.
For body edits, I managed to fix it by unlinking, linking, then pulling on the body, then it’ll update the sliders, but it seems like an inconsistent fix.For some reason this wasn’t an issue when I first downloaded the pack. I don’t know why it’s an issue NOW. The first pair of fairies I made linked their forms just fine, but every single one since won’t match.

My game also crashed immediately after taking these screenshots. It's been doing that a lot since fairies.

I just aged up a sim, and she has two different faces in fairy and non-fairy form! It's weird! I'm not even making changes to the facial features--it just auto-generated that way. I've never had any custom content in my game.

Mine is doing this thing with the chin as well, on pc no mods.
Made a fairy the gameplay way, as a teen and this happened! I have not had her in CAS yet, so I dont know if its just her fairy form or both fairy and normal form.

I am experiencing the same issue on my newly aged up teen Fairy. No mods/CC, and the option to copy the facial features isn't there.
