Occult Form features don't match between occult and regular form

The facial features like eyes, chin and cheeks I place my fairy sims won't match between regular and fairy forms.

Have you tried going into CAS and using the occult switcher to remove the occult status and then making the Sim a fairy again, with the occult switcher? I hope this makes sense… it fixed it for me yesterday. :)

Otherwise, if you haven’t already I’d recommend running a repair on your game through the EA App (Providing your playing on PC or Mac).

It’s currently a known bug on the forums.

I have been thinking about just having them become non fairy in game play until it is fixed.

After the update on 3-17-26, the copy feature between occult sims has worsened. The facial features aren't all being transferred to the occult form.  This extends to their outfits as well. It'll put (in the occult form) outfit item I didn't use in their normal sim form.

No mods are used, the only thing close to custom content is using the sliders that EA itself has release.

I uploaded this again to make it a single thread as instructed.

I just discovered this issue. I made the sim forms face to my liking while it was linked to the fairy form. When I switched to the fairy form all the clothes/hairs/makeup was there but the face is definitely different and I can’t copy it over. I play on Mac. This issue doesn’t happen with vampire occults, only fairies.
I found that clicking the correct preset then copying changes it to the same shape as the sim form. For example the fairy form has the fifth eye preset but if I click the third (the one sim form has) then hit copy, it looks right. I guess that’s a fix but it is time consuming 🤷‍♂️
