Offer to Mentor Piano cannot be completed with one piano available

I've searched for a similar issue. This bug has been around since the Businesses and Hobbies release.

When there is only one piano available, a Sim offers to mentor another Sim. The mentor sits at the bench to make the offer. When the mentee accepts, they indicate their route is blocked because the mentor does not get up from the piano.  If the mentee requests mentoring, the action is successfully completed. So, whoever initiates the action occupies the piano bench.

I tested this with two pianos available and the mentee is able to proceed at the second piano.

Mods cleared. No CC.

    Hi, crinrict.   Yes. Residential and a small business lot that's a music school where I could test with multiple pianos.

    Hi, crinrict​ . Yes. I tested it on residential, small business and haunted residential in three saves, one pre-special event and the other two since the event and the upgrade. As an aside, I've also tested with and without mods (I primarily use McCmdCenter and Little Miss Sam's mods.)
