[OR] [BH] Can't make family recipes in Granite Falls lodges

At a lodge in Granite Falls with both refrigerator and stove, when I click on the refrigerator all Family Recipe options are grayed out because "There is no available fridge." One of the sims in the household has previously made a family recipe on the home lot, so I know it isn't because no family recipes are known. I have not checked to see if this applies to other rentals (e.g., Selvadorada, Mt. Komorebi). I have used free build mode on this lodge to add a toddler bed, high chair and potty, but no mods or custom content.
