[OR] [BH] Projections of sims with max herbalism will work on herbalism

Sims with the Skillful Sleep mastery perk will say that there's nothing to work on if they have maxed the skills available on the available skill object, except if they have learned the herbalism skill. The projection will work on herbalism on a stove top/oven even if they have maxed the skill.
