Ok .. I managed to get the people you were in the Sulani vacation home to leave as I deleted their household in manage households. (Was a residential house I turned into a vacation home and it told me my family owned the property even though they don’t own any properties).
Turns out there’s a problem with my save game for the house in Granite falls that has a random family in it - I can’t take my family there anymore, I get an error code pop up if I choose that house as the rental. (Photo attached) and it’s only that house as I tested gong to another in granite falls thy went but there was still a random family there. I know it’s that save file as I just tested it with another saved game and sent the sim there successfully with no random families in the house.
