this is usually related to Cupid's Corner gallery Sims. Is this the original version of Don that came with the game ?
Please also add tags for your platform and mod usage and adjust your title so it's clear what the issue is about.

This is the original Don Lothario that did come with the game. I do not use mods at all. I play on PC and The Don Lothario is the one ever since the game started. I play in Newcrest all the time. I don't play in the other worlds because they all have issues of some sort, like Solani you can't really fish in there from the dock your sim swims out to a boat and fishes. With all the money I invest in the Sims 4 games, expansions, kits etc there should not be any issues.
