Over-achiever trophy/achievement not unlocking

I have the same problem. 

I am having this issue!! Unable to earn the trophy! Not including the aspirations I can’t finish because of bugs with some of them; examples: soulmates won’t trigger and kids earning aspirations for successful lineage won’t trigger… 

Unable to earn over achiever trophy despite having different category aspirations completed. 

Me too despite having the following aspirations completed: soulmate, renaissance sim, computer whizz, bodybuilder, public enemy, chief of mischief and master of grudges - over-achiever still says locked

Description:

The in-game Over-Achiever achievement is not unlocking for me even though the same Sim has completed more than five aspirations.

The same Sim has completed aspirations from the following categories:

Athletic
Creativity
Love
Food
Knowledge
Fortune
Nature

All of these aspirations were completed by the same Sim.

The Over-Achiever achievement is still shown as locked in the in-game achievement list.

I have never installed or used Mods or Custom Content in this game. I also did not use aspirations.complete_current_milestone to complete these aspirations.

What I have tried:

Restarting the game
Reloading the save
Switching between completed aspirations
Completing additional aspirations beyond the five required
Completing aspirations from different categories

The achievement still does not unlock.

Expected result:

The Over-Achiever achievement should unlock after one Sim completes five aspirations.

Actual result:

The same Sim has completed at least seven aspirations across seven different categories, but the Over-Achiever achievement remains locked.

This appears to be an issue with the in-game aspiration or achievement tracking rather than the requirements not being met.

I can provide screenshots or my save file if needed.
