Ever since they updated the game on console and added the marketplace the game has been bugged even more. Recently packs I have installed have been showing as “not installed” First it started with the free holiday pack,(Which isn’t in my library anymore.) Now, when I open the game and try to open my save file it says “7 packs not installed”. I deleted and reinstalled the game as well as, each pack individually and it still says this.

Next, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.
Maybe the original post wasn't clear. All of my packs are installed on my console. Reinstalled actually since the problem started after I originally restored the license. When I go to Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection, it states multiple packs are not installed, which I did in fact download each pack one at a time.
Ive been having this issue for months and EA and Sony keep running me back and forth, neither fixing the problem, and the post i made about it was deleted without notice to me, and no account warnings. Ive stopped playing. All of my preorder exclusive content is gone from the game. Every single digital exclusive bonus pack. All the holliday stuff. They show just fine in my playstation active liscenses and my library. They do not show in the game. The items are missing in the game. My saves that had those items are unplayable, so much work gone.
EA_Solaire Ive been telling you guys for months this is an issue, and im just done now. I won't be spending any more money on sims or even playing it anymore. Hopefully you listen to everyone else and fix the game or I dont see sims lasting another 5 years. There goes $2000+ of my own money down the drain.
