When you paint a painting from reference, a base game activity, then save and quit, the painting is blank when you reload the game. This was duplicated today with a fresh install and no cc/mods. I cannot play the game and it is been happening since the August update. I have tried numerous online methods to avoid the issue to no avail. I cannot play the game because of this.
