Can you please stop selling us bugs and fix the base game ? This is an important feature since the Sims 2 twenty years ago and in 2025, you seem unable to fix it. Just a few colour swatches aren't bug fixes. Painting by reference is such an important part of our saves (and please don't fix it only for new saves but for all of our historic saves).
I have a legacy save going since 2020 ando was very fortunate that it wasn’t contaminated by the NeverNude bug. It was affected by the corrupted onsen that makes expeditions to Mt. Komorebi impossible, though.
Once the NeverNude bug was corrected, I thought about going back to that save file, but then realized that it would jeopardize the paintings of several generations in the household.
Yeah, even when bugs are corrected they still let us down by affecting only new saves. 😟 Paintings that were lost will probably never be recovered.
