Parents need to introduce themselves to their infants (Patch 1.110.265)

When the babies become infants, the parents cannot interact with the infant and must be introduced to their own infant by a babysitter.  Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ

to all of you who are responding along the lines of "I have this issue as well", please send your save files to the CM, so they can hopefully find a fix for the game...
