Parents need to introduce themselves to their infants (Patch 1.110.265)

If you already sent your save it's probably not necessary but I don't work for EA and don't know the details.

heya crinrict​ should I send my save there as well? I already sent a save to EA_Cade awhile ago, but maybe a new(er) save would be good (since they still cannot seem to pinpoint the issue with infants)?

Actually, the option to introduce the child is there, but I can't do it because, according to the game, I haven't met the baby's parents yet. 
And I didn't understand your reference to the user folder that only contains the backup.

do you have any option to introduce your Sim to the child ? Can you post a pic of the family tree and Profile ?

Have you tried a fresh user folder with just a copy of your save put back ?

My newborn has just aged up, but I can't do anything with him. When I click on him, the game suggests I adopt him, and according to the game, his guardians aren't there even though my Sim is his biological mother. I can't do anything with the baby; he just stays lying on the floor even if I change his age.

P.S.: I’ve already tried removing my mods, but I can’t load my game ^^'

Their latest update did not say infants would be fixed. Yes, I agree that it is an issue. But the last time infants were mentioned was in the "our team is continuing to investigate these bugs for future updates" section of the March 10th laundry list. Yes, it is frustrating. But they haven't promised an update yet. They apparently don't have a fix yet. All we can do is continue to upvote and report these bugs and wait until they actually do have a fix, which is hopefully soon since as the March 10th post says, it's on their top priority list.

as of today, March 6, it still isn't fixed, and it's becoming so very, very frustrating.... when are they going to fix this nonsense? Please!
