This just happened to me last night. My Sims are romantic partners and have 3 kids. Whenever I go I to CAS their relationship changes to sisters. They stay romantic partners but are "sisters" and can no longer do any romantic interactions. Deleting the relationship with MCCC didn't work. It removed the label but they are still siblings in CAS (under relationship). I removed MCCC and it still happened. This is literally game breaking! How has there not been a fix yet after all these years!
