I’ve had this happen in my game as well. Right after my married sims (Floret and Brassica) daughter aged up into a toddler I used cas.fulleditmode. Shorty before that I also accepted the skillful sleep mastery perk, so that may be a factor as well. I didn’t realize it right away and I can’t recover a save file before this happened. And in the first generation of my very veggie challenge. Super unhappy to discover this bug is nearly a decade old, that’s wack. Idk what to do from here except maybe delete one of the parents, I already tried all of the mccc and UI cheats suggestions on this thread.
