I have two sims they are married with a child. One of them tends to get more flirty than the other. Usually I have them woohoo and it's fine. But now, when I go to do any sort of romance options between them its now gone. No longer there. Now their romance bar is slowly going away and I can't do anything to fix it. I tried repairing the game, removing any mods. But nothing has worked.
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
- Close the game
- Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Start your save game
- Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.I’m going to sound very dumb but I’m not very techy. I barely understand mods (how to put them in games) so this just seems very confusing to me.

I checked mods didn’t change anything.Are those the only Sims you have issues with in that save or is it a general issue ?
