Never had an issue until today. I don't think I have used any mods for this file or anything other than console cheats.
I recently had Rania do the skillful sleep option and had added new outfit options for the married sims which I've seen listed as potential triggers for them being listed as siblings. I've been unable to fix it with cas.fulleditmode as it just had them listed as wives. I downloaded MCCC to try and fix it as some other forums recommended that, but when I tried to use it to remove the relationships, it removed all of them for everybody except the sister relationship so this is broken on like 4 different planes apparently.
