I just have this happened in my game.Two married male sims turned into siblings and this cannot be removed. If I remove the rel bit with MCCC , it just gets returned, and it is the only option in CAS. I removed mods and it was still an issue. I do want to emphasize, since another poster in this thread reports almost the exact same trigger, that the bug occurred after I aged up their science baby into a toddler, and had entered and left CAS. That seems too suggestive somehow, very odd to be a coincidence. A helper on one of the Discord support channels reported to me this is a bug and can only be fixed by replacing one of the sims with a copy. I fixed it by downloading a copy of one sim partner from my library and deleting the old one. A love relationship could then be established.
