This is still happening. Started a legacy challenge with a female sim who married another female sim who had three children (2 female twin infants, 1 male toddler) from other male sims. They ended up having a daughter via science baby. Now that I'm at the point where the oldest son is moved out with a wife & a toddler, the twins are young adults, and the youngest daughter a teen, the married couple now is marked as Sisters.
I noticed this because it said their romantic satisfaction was gone, so I tried making them do romantic actions. No romantic actions appeared aside from offer massage. I've tried deleting relationships with UI cheats & changing relationships with MCCC, and nothing stayed permanent. I also uploaded each family member to the gallery individually then put them in a household, and it fixed the relationships for the most part except the daughter from science baby cannot have both mothers marked as bio parents.
I didn't end up going that route because I'm doing a legacy challenge & I had so much unlocked in household inventory. My gen 1 sim also has a small business that is maxed, they have tons of friends, have committed multiple aspirations, etc.
Noting I have no CC and the only mods i have are UI cheats extension, MCCC, and some quality of life mods from Little Ms Sam. All of these mod creators are well known for updating their mods regularly.
I would love to know if I can fix this in another way, and if there is a reason this happened so I won't do it with my other sims. Ty.
