This happened in my game after one of my Sims acquired and used Skilful Sleep
Also noticed that the Sim with Skilful Sleep showed up twice in the relationship panel of some family members - one ordinary Sim and one ghost/projection Sim
The family tree of the affected family shows two versions of the Skilful Sleep Sim - one who is a sister [ghost/projection] of the spouse and one who is a spouse [normal] - However, the Relationship Profile seems to mash it all together into one Sim who then ends up a Wife-Sister
