I have played this game for over 700 hours and I have not once had to come to this forum, yet here we are. I tried all of the fixes that have been mentioned here with cas, mccc, replacing parents, etc. and nothing works. I don't even have the newest expansion pack with skillful sleep that some others have said caused the issue. I have two female sims that keep considering themselves cousins after initially considering themselves sisters and I went through all of the other fixes and even took out my mods, but nothing. This has something to do with the game and queer relationships with adopted/science babies. All I can say at this point is...during pride month?!
