Since the May 27th patch my sims in my current save have been marked as "siblings" despite being engaged. I have been cheating this away with MC Command Center but they still cannot do romantic interactions despite it being removed, and the label is redistributed upon reloading the lot.
I only have MC Command Center and UI Cheats, both of which are currently up to date.
