It's been happening to me too! I've tried adding fake parents for the partner sim so the family tree wouldn't bug out. This seems to ONLY happen to same sex couples in my game, so EA really needs to do something to rewrite that code.
as a lesbian simmer that really only plays with same sex couples this glitch is making the game unplayable for me 💔💔
