Seeing as many people have already reported this as an issue, I mainly just wanna point out that this has happend to me aswell. My engaged couple (2 girls with 1 science kid , 1 kid and 1 adopted kid) aged up the adopted girl to a toddler and enterd CAS by "Change Sim". They have since turned to sisters which is intresting to say the least (only have the options to break up, only be friends or give massage).
