I have two married sims that are both women and I noticed I couldn’t do any romance interactions and their romance bar was gone, went to profile and saw they were spouses and siblings. Can’t change back in CAS as it only lets me select spouse or household member.
Edit: They have 2 science babies together and I play on xbox, so sadly no mods to help fix my issue
