This happened to me this week, and I've been trying to fix it for the last few days to no avail. The only way I can 'fix' it is by placing one of the sims into my library, deleting the original, and replacing them with the library version. But its very inconvienient for them to lose all their relationships. Plus only a few in games days go by before they turn back into siblings. Also something I've noticed from the posts here is that the overwhelming majority of posters are playing with same sex couples, me included. It just seems like a factor that should be acknowledged at this point.
w31nerbug are you giving the couple parents when you replace them? That's the only thing that has helped me.
Yes. I am playing a lecacy, both affected sims have 2 parents. I can completly remove their relationship bits with cheats, but the only thing that will not completly reset my work for a decent ammount is replacing one of them.
