I just ran into this issue in my game. I had a couple and one set of their parents living in the home with gen 3. Suddenly, the oldest dad was unconnected to the daughter and she and her wife were marked as siblings as well as married/soulmates. I tried saving and getting out thinking that would help as well as editing in CAS to remove the relationship, but the correct options were gone from the dropdown menu as well. I don't play with any mods, so I will send a copy of my save file in your messages, EA_Solaire .
