It is absolutely mindboggling and annoying and frustrating that I have completely reinstalled the bloody game, started a completely new game and it happened again. It seems to be happening every time my sims have more than 2 children and I go in CAS to change anyone's appearance. I'm just done with this game. It costs so much money and they cannot even fix this damned issue.
I'm getting to that point, too. I've moved back to Sims 2 and 3 for the time being until this game breaking bug gets fixed.
Sims 3 won't run for me. I tried everything in the steam manual, I even confirmed that the Intel Alder Lake patch on modthesims will fix the no loading issue for Raptor Lake too but the game was just too slow to even change a sim outfit which is frustrating on a $2000 gaming laptop. And with Sims 2, I didn't even try if it would run for me and I miss all the mods I used to have there back in the days that are no longer available anywhere and I don't have the old hdds anymore...I like sims for cozy no thinking involved gaming but this is just frustrating...
