By moving the sims between households and all, I have figured out that the bugged part is one of the adult sims. I removed all CC, moved Spouse 1 (Emma) out to a new household, changed her and everything stayed correct. Then I tried to move Spouse 2 (Regina) in with her = turned into sisterwives before I even opened CAS, probably due to change to Spouse 2 household. So I went back to the saved game, tried to move Spouse 2 to a separate household and change her = turned into sisterwives the moment I moved her. So I tried to move the kids in with Spouse 1 and change them in CAS - everything stayed correct. I went to the original household and tried to change Spouse 2 in CAS = sisterwives. So whatever the issue is, it is tied to Spouse 2. Attaching the testing save after cc was removed and the sims were changed in the original household and the bug happened + there should be a recoverable version before it happened, so the spouse 2 can be examined by someone who actually programs this.
