My 2 male Sims are married and have had a lot of kids together, both relationship stats have been high up. The only thing I think could've changed it is when I moved one of the Sims out but I moved him back in. The game still says their married but they're unable to do any flirting and the only interaction that appears is embrace. Ive tried repairing the game and trying a new save. Ive seen other fixes like deleting the sim and putting them back in through the gallery, but that deletes all of their relationships with their other kids and puts their relationship back at the start.

sounds like the known issue but could you check the family tree/profile if they are also siblings ?
yes in the family tree/ profile settings it does say they are also siblings.
