crinrict Are they still taking saves? I responded to someone about it but they never got back to me. I sent my save to SimGuru Nick years ago for this issue and I wasn’t sure if it was needing to be resent.

As long as the issue is in "Needs Info" we're taking saves still.
This one was moved to Under Investigation this morning, meaning we aren't currently blocked and the issue is actively being worked on by Maxis' Dev team.
EA_Cade Thanks for the information. Do I just send it to you, then via email here? I have several saves of the same household that dates back to 2014 who has this family tree glitch. It’s one of the questions I had asked previously as I didn’t know how current or how dated you want the saves to be when being sent for evaluation. I think I might’ve been one of the first ones this issue happened to. It’s been an issue for my save for well over 7 years. So I am not sure what version of the save or how man backups is needed for it to be considered for evaluation. I could send all save backups from 2014 to the last time I played.
